We do not bill insurance, but you are able to submit claims to your insurance yourself (Medicare/Medicaid excluded). We will obtain labs/EKG routinely as part of our comprehensive management for monitoring. These can be done on-site or we can provide lab order forms to be done at your PCP’s office.
