Profoundly, when I first came into this office, I didn’t think the program would help me. I didn’t know if I had enough to lose or would be an ideal candidate. The program taught me about more than a number on the scale. It taught me the fundamentals of nutrition, long-term healthy benefits and how to go live my best life with a sense of balance.
Tell us about any sense of renewed energy or vitality?
I feel essentially reborn. My workouts are more fulfilling and I don’t feel like I am drained by the end of the day.
In what ways has your health improved?
My labs are significantly improved, my weight at a healthy level, my body is used to good foods so I feel the difference between how I feel after making healthy choices or if I decide to cheat that day.
What changes have others in your life noticed?
I am more patient, able to process stress better, overall disposition is much happier.
Which Meal Replacement was your favorite? Why?
Any of the protein snack bars. They did not taste like “diet food” and gave me the right amount of protein most specifically because I don’t eat meat and in the past it has always been a challenge to keep my protein at the right levels.
What tips for Success would you share with other individuals starting the program?
Be mentally prepared and disciplined. If you change your mindset and relationship with food, this program will work for anyone. The setup of the programs the constant and you are the variable. If you can control the variable by following the program exactly, you will reach your goals and maintain them.
What did you appreciate about the Center for Nutrition?
I felt like everyone on the team genuinely cared about my program and success. I felt like everyone from the front desk all the way up to Dr. Tague were just as invested in my journey as I was.
